Aims:
1. To promote the home use of MIDI in Singapore
2. To provide support for the unique situation of MIDI resources here.
MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface. It is a protocol that allows information to flow between keyboards, synthesizers, sequencers, tape decks and even PC's. The MIDI 1.0 specifications have been out for a long time, and currently most keyboards support MIDI. To find out if your keyboard supports MIDI, simply check the back of the set. If there are 2 or 3 ports labelled MIDI, that's it.
This page is dedicated to the Home users who enjoy playing with MIDI compatible devices.
