This is Vincent, staying at D109.

I'm currently a second year Science student, majoring in Mathematics. In the coming 10th JCRC elections, I will be running for the Social Secretary and I will need YOUR utmost support.

Some may say I'm only a New Senior, but I dare say I feel as emotionally attached and as much love for Temasek, as compared to them, or if not, MORE. The sincerity and warmth of YOU fellow Temasekians have instilled in me this common strong sense of belonging to the hall, which I now call my HOME.

Despite my short stay here, I've already been actively involved in hall activities. I was part of the Temasek Affiliates Camp, helping out as a Councillor. During the recent Rag & Flag, I was in the Rag Sub-committee, playing my role as a Temasekian in the Technical Team. And if you can remember, I am involved in the Dinner & Dance, representing my block in the pageant. This positions which I have the privilege of holding, allowed me to interact with a great number of hostelites. It also gave me a chance to familiarise myself with the hall and the way it is run.

Some question my reason for running for the position of Social Sec.. I feel this is an area I can contribute most fully to the Hall, and allow myself to be used for the benefit of the hall. I was the President of Sea-Sports Club during my college days. I had to oversee portfolios like publicity and logistics. As a Scout Patrol Leader in my secondary school, I was in charged of the AVA for functions like campfires, and Dinner and Dance. My involvement in the above activities had given me invaluable insight and experience, which would prove useful for the position of Social Sec..

Thus, I appeal to you, in consideration of my experience and more importantly, my extreme enthusiasm and love for the Hall, to lend me your fullest support. I want to assure you once again, of my high commitment level to the hall, and of my humble desire to serve the Hall, and YOU!
