Autism Resource Centre (ARC)   The ARC conducts assessments and training workshops for parents and educators. It has an online catalog and provides book loans.  It runs Pathlight School and early intervention programme.

It also offers the Autism Outreach Support which helps for children in mainstream primary and secondary schools. The advisors focus on educational support/modification in classrooms as well as skills training in problem solving and understanding of social events.

Christian Outreach for The Handicapped (COH) COH runs a programme for autistic teenagers.
Rainbow Centre

 

Pathlight School NEW

The Rainbow Centre offers an individualised programme, Structured Teaching for Exceptional Pupils (STEP), for children with autism or associated problems between the ages of 2 and 12 years.

Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school offering the Singapore mainstream curriculum with special accommodations and supports to students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Cerebral Palsy

Spastic Association of Singapore (SCAS)

The association runs EI, educational and vocational programmes for members, ages 0 through adulthood.

Clef Lip & Palate  Cleft Lip and Palate Association of Singapore (CLAPAS) and Family Support Group (FSG)  
Down syndrome Down Syndrome Association (DSA) DSA runs support groups and holds quarterly talks & meetings. It also has a toy & resource library. Its Youth Wing runs social and recreational activities for members aged 10 years and older.
Dyslexia Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS)  Children attend classes twice a week at one of the 3 DAS centres. Children with similar needs will be placed in small groups. They are taught by experienced and qualified teachers.

The "D" Program caters for dyslexic students; it aims to help them recognize and dictate alphabets and their phonemes. 
Dyspraxia Dyspraxia Support Group The support group aims to share thoughts and experience with other parents.

Grace Orchard School

Both schools cater to pupils with mild to moderate intellectual disability. Metta School takes in children living in the east while Grace Orchard School takes in children living in the west (Boon Lay).  

Grace Orchard School also runs programmes for children with autism.

Rainbow Centre

Both schools run EI programmes (ages 0-4) and programmes for children with multiple disabilities. 

AWWA also provides an integration programme (TEACHME) that caters to the educational, rehabilitative and social needs of children with physical disabilities or autism. 

Rainbow Centre operates two schools - Margaret Drive Special School (MDSS) and Balestier Special School (BSS).

Handicaps Welfare Association (HWA)

HWA was formed to enhance the participation, welfare and integration of the disabled into the community. Membership is open to all persons aged between 16 and 60 years with physical disabilities.

Touch Community Services (TCS)

TCS is a non-profit voluntary welfare organisation, which was set up in 1992. It runs programmes for people with developmental disabilities and hearing impairment.

Presbyterian Community Services (PCS) PCS runs Grace Orchard School at  Boon Lay Avenue which caters to children with autism and mild intellectual disabilities. It also runs an integrated programme for preschool children with special needs at  5 of its childcare centres.

Christian Outreach for The Handicapped (COH)

COH is an independent, inter-denominational Christian organization which caters to autistic teenagers and adults with intellectual disabilities.

City Harvest LifeWorks

LifeWorks started a day activity centre for persons with intellectual disabilities. The centre conducts Music Appreciation, Computer Assisted Learning, Creative Arts, Craftwork and Recreational programs. It also provides respite care for parents.

VSA is a non-funded charity promoting arts for people with disabilities.
