of Singapore will earn 14 PDUs after attending this program.

Professional Engineer Board of Singapore
plans to make participation in Continuing Professional Development
(CPD) activities a mandatory requirement for the
renewal of Practising Certificate (PC) for the year 2004
onwards.
Professional Engineers are urged to participate in CPD
activities and chalk up 40 PDUs or more (of
which at least 15 PDUs are to be from structured activities) between
1 Dec 2001 and 31 Oct 2002. These units will be brought
forward to the year 2004 for the renewal of the practising
certificate.

This intensive
2-days program is designed for engineers
and other professionals involved in project management. It aims to equip
participants with people management skills that are essential in a project environment,
such as keys to
well-formed goals,
communication, team dynamics, leadership styles and
highly effective interpersonal skills.
This workshop
presents a set of cutting edge advance tools that has been widely used,
tested and proven to bring high-impact results to both
individuals and project management teams.
To maximise the effectiveness of classroom interaction, the

About The
Trainer
Lawrence Lau is the
co-founder of Mind Sports Academy Pte Ltd, a certified
consultant and trainer in project management,
neuro- linguistic programming and a consulting
engineer in infra-structure projects development in the
region.
Lawrence developed his project and general
management experience on a broad industry and government base
through his over 20 years’ experience.
He was one of
the trainers appointed by Civil Service College, Singapore to
train the Macau’s government senior civil servants in
performance improvement in year 2000.
Lawrence is a
register Professional Engineer and he holds degrees in Civil
Engineering (First Class Honors), MBA and M.Sc. (Project
Management)
