• Expedia.com
• Travelocity.com
• Flights.com


Expedia.com was chosen as it serves as a benchmark for the other two travel Web portals. Expedia.com is a market leader in the online travel industry and possesses most of the functions and features that can possibly fulfill any travelers’ needs. Travelocity.com and Flights.com are used as points of comparison to emphasize the deficiencies of travel related Web portals.

Problem areas are analysed and recommendations are suggested. In this report, the following main areas are covered:
