Key Business Activities Are:
Provide consultancy on ISO 9000, business process and quality improvement related activities, with emphasis on both productivity and quality improvement for organisations in the IT and Service (include financial services) industry.
Assist companies to set up quality management system from scratch and attain / maintain ISO 9001 certification.
Provide manpower support on / consultants for business process and quality improvement related activities (e.g. as a part-time Quality Assurance Manager, etc).
Conduct quality system assessments (as an external party) and internal quality audits on behalf of the clients.
Help companies to make business process and quality improvement after they have attained ISO 9001 certification (e.g. on setting performance targets and quality measurements, business process re-engineering / improvement, moving towards total quality management, etc).
Qualifications Of Staff Include:
Master of Technology (Software Engineering)
IRCA registered Lead Auditor (for ISO 9001 assessment / certification)
Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) - issued by Quality Assurance Institute in USA
Registered as part of the external auditors pool for quality system assessments by the Productivity & Standards Board (PSB) leading to ISO 9001 certification
Assisted more than 10 organisations to set up their quality management system from scratch till they obtain their ISO 9001 certifications
Worked as Quality Assurance Managers in more than 3 organisations and has managerial experience over 6-8 software engineers for more than 5 years
Have more than 10 years working experience in Quality Management / Assurance related areas for the IT and service industries
Have more than 10 years working experience in the IT / Software Engineering area (with expertises in software quality assurance, software configuration mgmt, software analysis, design & testing methodologies/ documentation, software metrics, formal methods, software risk mgmt, etc)
Knowledge in 5S housekeeping & 7Ws waste reduction techniques, Benchmarking, Business Process Re-engineering / Improvements, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), Change Management, Cycle-time Reduction Technique, ISO 14001, ISO 20000 ITSM, ISO 27001 ISMS, Kaizen, Process / Quality Measurements and S'pore Quality Award / Total Quality Management.
