Ground Comment :
Anfield has rapidly risen to one of the finest stadiums in
the country without losing it's renowned character. The Kop which is now
an all seater stand is world famous for it's humour and passion and the
Liverpool fans have not let that diminish with the advent of all-seater
stadia.
Anfield now holds 41,000 with the massive Centenary Stand (formerly the
Kemlyn Road) taking almost a third of the fans. A new tier has been built
on the Anfield Road end adding a further 3,000 to the ground limit.
