[ Introduction ]

Frequency of Lessons - For Primary students, arrangements are usually made for 2 lessons a week at 1.5hrs per lesson, and for Secondary, JC and Tertiary students, arrangements are made for 1 lesson a week at 2 hrs per lesson, unless otherwise requested by parents.

Determination of Tuition Fees - Tuition fees are based on the number of hours the tutor spent together with the student. The longer the hours spent, the higher the tuition fees.

Commission rates - We absorb 50% commission from the tutor's tuition fees ONLY for the first month. There is no extra charges for parents engaging a tutor.

Payment of Commission -  Commission will be paid to our agency by the parent after half of the first month's lessons are completed. We will send a letter to the parent explaining the details and modes of payment, after an assignment is confirmed.

Payment of tuition fees  - Payment of tuition fees to the tutor will be made directly to the tutor. For the first month, 50% of the tuition fees will be paid on the 4th lesson  (in cases of once a week tuition) or 8th lesson (in cases of twice a week tuition). For subsequent months, full amount of the tuition fees will be paid to the tutor.
