Methods:
Step 1: Cut chicken meat into strips. Marinate for 15 minutes and saute in warm oil. Set aside.
Step 2: Trim and strip celery. Gently fry with oil and salt, dish up.
Step 3: Saute ginger, garlic and carrot with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chicken fillet. Sizzle wine. Stir in celery and sauce. Mix well and dish up. Ready to serve.
