| Light Soy Sauce | 2 tablespoons |
| Sugar | 1/4 teaspoon |
| "Double Happiness" brand sesame oil | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Crushed ginger | 1 teaspoon |

| Sugar | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Light Soy Suace | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Cornflour | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Oil | 1 teaspoon |
Methods:
Step 1: Soak, trim and mix mushroom with steaming ingredients. Steam for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Drain white mushroom.
Step 3: Thickly shred beancurd roll. Wash green pepper and red chilli, seed and shred.
Step 4: Skewer ingredients with bamboo sticks. Heat pan and gently fry with 2 tablespoons of oil. Serve with dipping sauce.
