| Frozen middle chicken wings | 600gm |
| Chinese parsley | 2 sprigs |
| Ginger (grated) | 1 teaspoon |
| Garlic (grated) | 1 teaspoon |
| Fermented beancurd | 2 pieces |
| Salted yellow bean paste | 1/2 tablespoon |
| Broad bean paste | 1/2 tablespoon |

| Granulated sugar | 1 teaspoon |
| Corn flour | 1 teaspoon |
| Water | 1 cup |
| "Double Happiness" brand sesame oil | 2 teaspoons |
Methods:
Step 1: Defrost, wash and drain middle chicken wings. Wash and section Chinese parsley.
Step 2: Combine fermented beancurd, salted yellow bean sauce and broad bean sauce with 2 tablespoons of water.
Step 3: In the inner pot heat 2 tablespoons of oil and saute chicken wings for a while. Add ginger, garlic and mixed sauce and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4: Pour into seasoning, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Turn chicken wings and cook for 1 minute. Transfer the inner pot to the outer one and cook for 20 minutes. Take out the inner pot, add Chinese parsley and bring to the boil again. Ready to serve.
