Methods:
Step 1: Soak yam thoroughly. Steam until cooked and then chopped. Mince pork. Add seasoning to yam and pork and stir until sticky to form filling. Allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Put a suitable amount of filling to wrapper. Work into
a cross shape. Transfer to a greased steaming basket. Steam over high heat
for 8 minutes.
