 Recipe of Meat Dumplings With Yam
Ingredients

Wrapper 225gm round-shaped boiled dumpling wrappers
Ingredients for filling
Quantity
Dried Yam 19gm
Lean pork 225gm
Seasoning
Quantity
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Light Soy Suace 1/2 teaspoon
Granulated Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
Caltrop Starch 1 teaspoon
"Double Happiness" brand sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper Pinch of it

Methods:

Step 1:  Soak yam thoroughly. Steam until cooked and then chopped. Mince pork. Add seasoning to yam and pork and stir until sticky to form filling. Allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Put a suitable amount of filling to wrapper. Work into a cross shape. Transfer to a greased steaming basket. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
