We accept both international and local orders. Payment must first be cleared before the product is made and shipped. If you have any queries, or if you need help ordering, you are welcome to email us.

USING THE SHOPPING CART

1. Choose your design, and submit your choice of name and quote (refer to our list of suggested quotes). Ensure that the contents of your shopping cart are correct, and click "Secure checkout".
2. You will be shown the total cost of your order with shipping and handling. Shipping charges may be higher than the actual cost of shipping. This is because we initially charge according to our heaviest product and farthest destination. If your shipping costs less, you will be refunded accordingly.
3. If you have a Paypal account: log into your account, and ensure that you have the right shipping address selected. Enter a message in the field provided if you have additional requirements or comments.
4. If you do not have a Paypal account: select the button for non-Paypal users, and follow the instructions given to fill in your shipping address, billing address (if different from shipping address) and credit card information. Your credit card details are given to Paypal and are secure.
5. If your order includes a personalized photo, please email your picture as an attachment to sales@ernsdesign.com.

FOR LOCAL ORDERS (in Singapore), you may choose not to use the shopping cart. You may email me the item code number, name, and quote. For larger orders, you may download, fill out this order form and email it to me. Payment will be by COD (for personal or mutual acquaintances only), cheque, or by DBS/POSB funds transfer. Shipping and handling charges apply; shipping is by SingPost.
