Dear Visitor,

We are glad to share with you our abalone recipes here which have been carefully selected after much thought. We rejected many recipes which we thought were overly complex or used ingredients which masked or detracted from the taste of abalone.

"Eat while it's HOT" seems to be a general human preference, so we strongly recommend that you try one or all of the recipes from PDR102 to PDR106 first, before trying PDR101 (Abalone, Marinated) which is a COLD dish.

As "One man's meat is another man's poison" we cannot, and do not, guarantee that you will like these recipes. Indeed, one recipe can turn out as many different ways as there are chefs! However, we know these recipes to be well loved enough for us to dare present them to you.

You are welcome to email our recipes, for non-commercial use only, to your family and friends. Palomino Delectables reserves the copyright for all images and recipes on its website and commercial use of our images infringes our copyright.

From your friendly Palomino!
