card reader. There are many variations of smart card reader in the market
that could range from simple red and green lights to whole screens of
information. Also, the user interaction could also vary from simple push
buttons with one choice to very extensive menu-based interfaces. To decide on which type of reader to use will depend on the scope of the application like meeting the functional needs and the marketing needs. Lastly, some of the reader have security modules that could be used to store secret cryptographic keys and encryption algorithms. |
