As a graduate of Nanyang University, i worked my way to become Head of Training & Development (Ordnance Development & Engineering) for Singapore Technologies. After 19 years of service, i left the company to begin writing a new chapter in my life.

My focus is on continuous improvement. I am allowed to practice Kaizen continuously
