Please allow me to introduce myself. I'm Sharm, a Singaporean and US trained personal trainer / fitness consultant who have been in the business since 1996. My job - to use modern scientific methods of fitness training to help people attain their fitness goals. I'm training people of all shapes and sizes.

Each individual is different, as such, I design the workouts for my clients accordingly and specifically design it to suit their goals. These goals can either be to lose weight (also to lose body fat), to gain weight (increase muscle mass), or combination of both.

I've been blessed with nice clients, who have given be testimonials (50 signed ones). Academics and experts have also endorsed some of the work I've done. Most of my clients are referred clients through word of mouth.

I strive to be the best investment in fitness for my clients and continually upgrade myself to become a better personal health and fitness trainer. Some of my services include losing weight and fats by Body Toning Workouts, Gaining defined muscles by HIT Resistance Training and Lowering of cholesterol, blood pressure and stress levels.

Currently, I'm pursuing my Masters of Science (Exercise and Sports Studies) at NTU. I'm already certified by a few reputable schools and instutions -  Degree (Passed with Merit - NUS), Post Graduate Diploma (Physical Education and Sports Science) NTU, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), SAFTI MI, Singapore Sports Council (SSC), Singapore Fitness Instructors' Association (SFIA).
