Yeah, I'm nobody but if you recognised the picture you clicked on to come here, you know me. Those are great kids displaying the zeal and energy of the best of youth! They won the Best Cheer Team Award at the NJRC 2002!
Now I'll be working with smaller kids and looking forward to the vibrant wonder in their eyes. Look at the little girl in the photo below. What will sustain their zest for learning as they grow ? I believe it's the values they acquire.
Some
say the pressures of studies gradually kill off their zeal. I will not surrender
to that idea. If we teach the young ones perseverence and resilience, they'll
see beyond the waves of ups and downs in life. We, the elders, must first
practise it ourselves...there is hope for the future!
