1) GSM modem telemetry

o The application of GSM modems to cellular monitoring systems or Machine to Machine applications.

2) Adoption of Singapore one

o A write up on Singapore one, the initiative by National computer board to build a high capacity national broadband network

3) A telemetry system for an offshore gas production platform

o A telemetry system with local interlock and loop control to provide for remote monitoring and control capability from the existing on-shore facility. This allows an offshore platform to be operated locally or remotely onshore through a radio link.

4) Migration of safety PES

o Migration of safety PES for general purpose PLC to one with today’s safety standards (IEC61508 and IEC 61511/ISA 84)
