The RC Centre was officially opened by Mr Charles Chong You Fook, MP for Eunos GRC and Advisor to Pasir Ris Grassroots Organisations on 26th November 1995. The Residents' Committee is a voluntary organisation run by and for the residents in the housing estate. It promotes neighbourliness, racial harmony and social cohesion; and acts as a communication channel between the residents and various government agencies.
