James Yeow, determined to achieve both career and financial success joined Prudential Singapore as a financial adviser in 2003, at the age of 21. Within 12 month, he had qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Only the top 5% of financial  professional worldwide qualify for the MDRT.  Since then, he has qualified for the  Million Dollar Round Table every year and his income increases by 50% each  year. His success is not attributed to luck or talent but the use of specific winning strategies coupled with passion and commitment. Within a span of one year and four months, he was promoted to Associate Manager and began to build his own organization. He has helped many advisers to achieve financial success, personal growth and job satisfaction. His goal is to groom more young people like him to be  successful in life.
