| ITP and Me: | The ITP website was my creation but the history start way before that. In simple words, ITP is just a patrol which have links to the Singapore St. Andrew' School Scout Group. And I have spend most of my maturing life with them, thus we developed a great sense of identity and this lead to the birth of the website. |
| Wblind and Me: |
Earlier last year(1998) I was searching thru the Net for a software where it can change the Window interface.
I knew that there are such software for other OS and hoping that there is one for Windows.
I stumpled upon Neil's school website and I was pretty impressed by his talent.
I had one of his earliest version where it is still unstable and memory hogging but I was glad that there is indeed something for crappy MS Windows Months later Neil started the message board and also proceded to allow skin to be create and use on wblind. I was thrilled and began to learn the 1st UIS codes he created. Weeks later I released my 1st skin, and I have recieved great reviews over it. This interest to go on and create more of such skins. A year past and Wblind has been bought by Stardock, where it would be eventually became a shareware. This is not all bad, considering that Wblind has became much more stable and also with the release of the new UIS standards, which allows for odd shapes windows. I figure that the best part of this would be that Neil was noted of his talent and of course he is getting some payment from all this. |
