My Interest
Bungee Jump
Beside playing soccer and other sports, I am a person that like
to look for thrill and excitement.
I have complete a basic course on rock-climbing. Sometimes, together
with a few friends, we will go for water-skiing.
These are not the things that I am going to share with you. I am
going to share with you my view and experience on bungee jumping. Have
you ever ride on any roller-coaster or thrill ride before? Trust me, it
is nothing like Bungee Jump.
Although I have only did it once, that was during my recent holiday
to Phuket,
I like it very much and I am planning to do it again.
I am planning to do my next jump at the Kawarau Bridge in Queenstown,
New Zealand.
The feeling of jumping off at 50 meters above is just indescribable.
When you stand above and look down, everything is like so minute.
Looking far ahead is a nice scenery, accompany with the breeze blowing
onto you. Can you imagine that? Now asking you to take up the courage to
jump off at the count of three.
3, 2, 1, BUNGEE!!!
Off you go. Free-falling down and there is nothing you can do or
for you to hold to slow down.
About 4 - 5 seconds you will feel the pull and up you go again.
This time round, you are been pulled up to a lower height and down you
go again. After a few 'YO-YO' swing, you will come to a halt. By this time,
you will feel relieve.
The staffs will try to pull you in and untied you from the thick
elastic core. Standing up and walked towards to collect your certificate.
You will feel great. Now you have achieved something that only a small
percentage of the population of the world has achieve.
