Soundlessshout is a mental shout to get
the mind to shut up! Sitting in meditation
and surrounded by all those worldly concerns is like standing in the middle of a crowd with each person trying to say something to you.

So a soundless shout that says "SHUT UP" and suddenly there is peace and silence.

Then you discover that you are not in a crowded room after all, but in a large expanse of space.

Then someone in the crowd starts, "Hey look at how beautiful this place is" Then the noise starts all over again ;)

Time to shout again.......
