Some may already know this but for the benefit of all consumers, please treat this statement as a reminder that all Scubapro products bought from parallel importers will not enjoy after-sales and warranty service at Authorised Scubapro Service Centres. All scuba diving gear will enjoy longer lifespans and peak performance with proper maintenance; mechanical products such as regulators require annual servicing. Having your Scubapro gear serviced at Authorised Scubapro Service Centres protects your investment.
As a service to consumers, we decided to list known parallel importers of Scubapro products here on our website. Any claim that they are Authorised Scubapro Dealers constitute an act of misrepresentation. Consumers who have bought Scubapro products from parallel importers because of such acts of misrepresentation and would like to seek redress may do so.
Parallel importers that we know of at this point in time are Waikiki Dive Centre and Scuba Warehouse in Singapore.
This statement is made in our company's official capacity as the Exclusive Distributor for Scubapro in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.

We are the exclusive distributor in many countries of South East Asia for many brands of
diving equipment and boating hardware from USA, Italy, Switzerland, Taiwan and Japan. Our
professional sales staff and technicians are able to attend to the market's needs and have
built a good reputation for the company.
Our clientele base has grown in size to include retail
shops, shipyards, marinas, regional navies, marine police, dive schools, resorts, dive centres and
diving clubs.
Our showroom at the Concourse Shopping Mall closed its doors on 23 February 2008 and in the last few weeks of business, we told our customers that we decided to cease our retail operations after much thought. Our products will still be available from the diveshops in Singapore and to make them even more accessible, we have appointed Master Dealers (diveshops which have taken on increased stocking responsibilities) to serve you better.
These Master Dealers are also Authorised Scubapro Service Centres and collection points for Uwatec computers for repair.
We would like to thank you for your support in the years we have been in retail (since 1994) and hope that you will show the same support for our dealers and Master Dealers in the years to come. If in doubt, please do write or call to verify a diveshop's status.
