1) Cut the top of the soft drink can.

2) Cut both ends of the mineral water bottle off, making sure that it isnt shorter than the PVC pipe.

3) Make a hole near the top of the bottle.

4) Strip some wire, twist it, and poke it throught the hole.

5) Electrically connect the copper wire to the soft drink can.

6) Tape everything in place.
