Who are the clients you have worked with?

Among the clients we have worked with, include Hewlett-Packard, Onasus Express, Servlink Engineering and PCI.

What are your success stories?

The story that stands out is from an IT organisation that is renowned for providing not only excellent products to customers but also strong after-sales support to customers. By embarking on our customised programme, this organisation had increased customer satisfaction by as much as 20% in a short span of 6 months.

What is your methodology for training?

For all of our training and consultancy interventions, we utilise experiential programmes to bring the message across. Not only is this more impactful when compared with lecture-style approach, the experiential approach impacts inividuals from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds at the emotive level, as well as the cognitive level.

Where do you conduct training?

Most of our training is conducted off-site. This includes our client's premises, hotels/resorts in Singapore and abroad.

What type of training programmes do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of training programmes including Customer Service mindset training, skills training, teambuilding, leadership training. Most of our programmes have been designed with our clients needs in mind.

Do you conduct teambuilding?

Yes, we do conduct teambuilding programmes. Our programmes are categorised into levels.

Level 1: low risk, high emotional content

Level 2: high risk, high emotional content. (Level 2 is usually conducted in Malaysia.)

What is the investment like?

We pride ourselves in keeping the investment low as reflected by our mission statement: Partnering organisations to develop solutions that work.. For an indicative investment, give us a call and we will provide you with a dollar value immediately.

Do I have to pay a consultation fee if I want to explore possibilities?

We advocate a win-win with our clients. Therefore, we welcome the opportunity of discussing with you to determine your needs and how to address these needs.

How do you connect training back to the workplace?

Beacon will not undertake any projects unless we are convinced that the intervention will have a significant impact on the organisation. Hence, in addition to equipping the individuals with the relevant know-how, we take additional measures to ensure there is level 3/4 impact, as defined by Donald Kirpatrick.
