for training?
For all of our training and consultancy interventions, we utilise experiential programmes to bring the message across. Not only is this more impactful when compared with lecture-style approach, the experiential approach impacts inividuals from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds at the emotive level, as well as the cognitive level. |

Most of our training is conducted off-site. This includes our client's premises, hotels/resorts in Singapore and abroad. |

Yes, we do conduct teambuilding programmes. Our programmes are categorised into levels. Level 1: low risk, high emotional content Level 2: high risk, high emotional content. (Level 2 is usually conducted in Malaysia.) |

Beacon will not undertake any projects unless we are convinced that the intervention will have a significant impact on the organisation. Hence, in addition to equipping the individuals with the relevant know-how, we take additional measures to ensure there is level 3/4 impact, as defined by Donald Kirpatrick. |
