The Concentrated slidge from gravity dehydrating part processed into twin "IK-LONMESH" filter cloth, and use the two side concave and convex finished arranged rolling wheels to increase the pressure to dehydrate smoothly due to drain off seperated water easily. Therefore the typical problems during dehydration, such as difficulty of drain off, the sludge slip to the side edge and the dirt of filter cloth shall be overcome.

Before Dehydration: 
Transplated fibres lie in the smane direction. Openess is quite large due to the above, filtration effect and efficiency are excellent. 

During Dehydration: 
Fibres shall be pressed and high density, It will prevent from leaking of S.S. 
Even it become high density, dehydration is still effective due to capillary phenomenon. 

After Dedration: 
After releasing the pressure fibres stand up again and it will make solid materials seperated easily. 
This effect to keep IK-LONMESH clean for long time.
