Electrostatic fibres are used and arranged
in one specific direction in the filter cloth.

Due to the one only specific direction
and electricity of the filte cloth, Solid & Oil filter are easily trapped
and filtered on the surface of the cloth.

The bigger openings in the filter cloth
allow wastewater to pass through without clogging.
Various type of filter cloths with
different opening size can be selected to increase treatment efficiency
in each application.

The Soild & Oil Filter is compact,
easy to install, Operate and maintain.

It reqires little space and minimum civil
construction works are involved.

With pre-chemical treatment on the front
end will reduce the load and increase the efficiency in the Filtration
unit.

There is only electric motor in the rotating
filter and as such is very energy efficient. Operational and maintenance
cost are minimum.

The system is used in wastewater treatment
as a primary treatment.

Used widely in sludge thickening, food
processing, effluent with high suspended solids concentration. It is also
used in all types of wastewater where minute or dissolved pollutants in
effluents can be coagulated and/or flocculated in pre-chemical treatment
to form large solid particles.
