The
new Sticktronic B 200 multi-head embroidery
machine series
The B 200 series was spawned by the proven
model range of ZSK multi-head embroidery machine
systems. It is equipped with new facilities and
operates in line with the latest findings of
embroidery technology.
This series ensures compliance with the most
stringent quality and productivity requirements. |
With a guaranteed maximum speed of 750
revolutions per minute, it is among the best
performing machine series. The individual
machines can have 12, 15, 18 or 20 heads.
ZSK frame technology makes provision for both
border-frame and variable single-motif
embroidery. The frames are moved by electronic
stepping motors that achieve a positioning
accuracy of 0.1 mm per increment.
The Sticktronic B 200 series is operated by the
ZSK MSCA control, with embraces optimum
production sequence monitoring. The standard data
medium is the 3.5" disk with a storage
capacity of 210,000 stitches. A tape reader can
also be connected. The machine obtains the design
data from the computer main memory, which has a
capacity of 450,000 stitches in the standard
version. This can be expanded to more than 1
million stitches in a series of steps.

The MSCA control with graphic user guidance
employs an extensive software package that offers
a host of output-oriented applications,
including:
- Design optimization and
modification
- Selective reverse
embroidery in the event of thread breaks
- User-defined needle/colour
assignment
- Automatic design
repetition
Higher-level
multitasking is also available, so that different
tasks can be executed at the same time.
