Employment History

1986 to 1993   

Regular in the Air Force as an Aviation Material Supervisor. Rank on release from
contract - 2nd Sgt.


1994


Attended Dennis Wee Real Estate Course and later join I-PLAN PROPERTIES as a realtor.

1995- End 1996   


Join Grandhome International Pte Ltd full time as an Agent Relations Officer. Grandhome International Pte Ltd won the ISO 9002 award for its training course. Took a real estate course from the company.


March 1997 to present 

 
Guan Seng Kee Pte Ltd as a project coordinator. My main task was to create a marketing
& maintenance program for the marketing of about 30000sqft office space at 21 & 31
Tanjong Pagar. Also to assist on the sales & leases of all their residential properties.
Research & Reporting on trends & market movements.

Reason for leaving  

Exsisting company has no more new project, all exsisting projects are sold or leased. As such my services is no longer required, so I am to move on. I am thus finding good pastures for me to grow on.

What have I learnt from experience that may be beneficial to your company.

From Grandhome International Pte Ltd

  1. I co-ordinate the administrative affairs of the agents and assist the agents with the local real estate software.         ( Info-tools, Realink 95 & Homebiz )
  2. I plan and organize marketing strategic meetings to help agents specialize in the respective field of landed or segmented areas i.e. District 9,10 and 11.
  3. I co-ordinated the CEHA course at Suntec City.
  4. To provide a department in the company to assist the agents with problems relating to all matters on their sale & leases and to represent for the company in cases at Small Claims Tribunal.
  5. I spear headed the Enbloc Group from leads by agents in two projects at Lor. Limau off Balestier Road. I had the hand-on guidance of architects and lawyers.
  6. I assist agents with their property leaflets.
  7. I assist & train them on the basic use Internet.

My present employment has gain me knowledge and experience in :

  1. Leasing an estimated 30,000+ sqft of office and shopspaces in 21 & 31 Tanjong Pagar Road. I negotiated and seal the leases to all the existing tenants.( Form Holdings, Cirque Du Soleil, Emap Plc, SRS World Hotels, just to name a few. )

  2. Lease & Sold 4 units of shophouses in Clive Street . Prepared a marketing program to first lease then sell with full occupancy and with a gaurenteed 6% rental return on investment.
