This page is meant for testing connection speed but it is still under trial. The speed indicated here is just a guideline but it should not be far off from the actual speed. If your are getting a unrealistically high through-put, probably the PC is using its cached content. To prevent that, use Ctrl + refresh for IE user and Shift+ reload for Netscape user.
