Welcome. It has taken me a long time to consider whether to launch this site officially in view of the expected personal commitment and workload that follow. Nevertheless, with great encouragement from my wife, Florence, this site is finally launched. Maintaining a site is not an easy task and I urge the Heng family to be patient while we try our best to entertain whatever requests that come along amidst the little precious time and space that we borrow from our private life.
