TAH LI ELECTRONIC PTE SCHOOL is committed to provide Excellent Educational Courses to all its students through innovation and continual improvement to its courses
1.   Service Guarantee - All our courses are taught in accordance to ITE Course Curriculum and all  trainers are qualified and
       approved by MOE.
 
2.   Course fees are payable in advance and upon registration. Refunds can only be made when the  following conditions are met: 
       ¨ More than 30 days before the course commencement date  - 100% refund of fees.
 
       ¨  More than 14 days but less than or equal to 30 days before the course commencement date - 50% refund of fees.
 
        ¨ Less than or equal to 14 days before the course commencement date - 25% refund of fees. 
 
        ¨ After course commencement date - 0% . 
     

Important Note:

 

Request for course withdrawal must be made in writing. Any request for withdrawal from the course through telephone will not be entertained. All registration, administrative, material and sponsorship fees paid to the TAH LI ELECTRONIC PTE SCHOOL are not refundable. Only the paid course fee is refundable.

 

If the student application for student's pass is not approved by the relevant authority. The refund shall apply to all types of fee payments except registration and administrative fees 

3.   Transfer / Withdraw - Withdrawal is not encouraged unless the conditions are met. Written notice of withdrawal from the student
      is required.  Deposits collected (if any) will be returned should the withdrawal conditions are met. 
 
4.   If the course is terminated by the school, there will be full refund of the course fees and / or deposit to the students without further
      queries.
 
5.   The school reserves the right to instruct a student to leave the course at any stage if the school  feels that the student's continued
       presence is detrimental to the well being of other students and  the staff in general. If that is the case, the  school reserves the
       right NOT to refund any fees  paid.
 
6.   Entry Requirements '3N' or '2O'.
 
7.   International students are required to ensure that they maintain above 90% attendance for the  whole course.
 
8.   International students must sign a Standard Student Contract once he/she signs up for the course.
 
9.   Tah Li Electronic Pte School is covered by Student Tuition Fee Insurance Account under written by NTUC Income.
 
10. The school ensures that student's particulars / Information will be treated with the strictest  confidence 
 
11. International students are entitled to not more than seven days of continuous leave. All leave must be applied and approved by
       the Principal at least three days before the commencement of  leave.
 
12. The school will be closed on Public Holidays.
 
13. Smoking, spittting and gum-chewing are disallowed in the school premises.
 
14. Students are not allowed to discuss any matter which is not related to the lessons in the  school.
 
15. Student are not permitted to organise any activity in the school premises.
