ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 1997

Yes, is that time of the year again!!!!

Attendance at the AGM is compulsory for Ordinary Members. To promote attendance and punctuality, door gifts will be given to all members who attend the meeting on time. The gift will also be given to members who are unable to attend due to official duties. These members must however notified the Wardroom Secretary in writing by 11 April 97.

Agenda:

1. 1. Address of the outgoing PMC
   2. Confirmation of the last minutes of meeting
   3. Endorsement of the statement of account for the last workyear
   4. Appointment of the new PMC, Secretary, Treasurer
   5. Election of the other officer bearers of the Wardroom
   6. Address by the incoming PMC
   7. Any other matters(these matters must be raised in writing to the Secretary at least 7 days before the AGM.

It is expected that the AGM will last about 45 minutes. All members are invited to a gala dinner at the Wardroom immediately after the AGM.

RSN ANNIVERSARY RPC

Place: Tuas Naval Base

Details:

RSN is celebrating her 30 years this 5 May 97 at Tuas.

The parade will be held in the evening at Tuas Parade ground and immediately after the parade, all the officers are invited for dinner at the Wardroom. Drinks and foods are on the house, beat the traffic jam, cool yourself down, have a few drinks and then drive your way home.
