Ingredients: 500gm
Glutinous rice 2
pcs Chinese sausages 1
bowl fried small shallots 2
stalk spring onions 75gm
dried prawns 8-10 pcs mushrooms (soak with water and retain the stock to steam rice) |

Method
Wash glutinous rice and drain away the water.
Mix well with Portion A and steam for 20 minutes, stir so as to ensure rice is cooked thoroughly.
Season
mushroom and dried prawns with Portion B and mix well with the steam rice
and steam for another 15 mins.
Add
Chinese sausages and steam for further 5 mins.
Stir and garnish generously with the fried onions and spring onions. Serve hot.
