Eggs Tarts
Ingredients for the pastry
250 gm butter - hard
120 gm castor sugar
80 ml water
500 gm bread flour
Ingredients for Filling
400 ml water
120 gm castor sugar
200 ml fresh milk
6 no eggs

Method for pastry
Beat butter and sugar till white and slowly add water into the butter mixture.
Add bread flour and mix well. Knead into a dough and compress dough into the egg tart mould.
Prick pastry with a fork to prevent it from expanding upwards. Bake at 160 degree for 7-10 minutes.
Method for filling
Mix sugar with warm water till sugar dissolve. Add fresh milk and stir well.
Beat eggs and add to the milk mixture.
Strain the egg mixture and throw away the un-dissolve particles and foam.
Fill the egg tart mould with the egg mixture and bake at 160 degrees C for 20 minutes.
