Fried Taiwan Vermicelli (Bee Hoon)

       Ingredients
  •  1 packet "Mjoyo" Superior Bee Hoon
  •  1 tin Stew Pork Chop (remove bone)

  •  2 medium size carrots - cut into strips

  •  200gm Bean Sprout

  •  1.5 tbsp oil

  •  4 tbsp oyster sauce with 3 rice bowls of water

  •  6 garlic - minced

  •  6 small onions - minced

  •  2 stalk of spring onions

  •  1 bowl of fried shallots

  •    Method

    1. Heat up 1.5 tbsp of oil and saute mince garlic and small onions till fragrant.  

    2. Add the strip carrots and stir fried for a while and add the stew pork chop. 

    3. Pour the oyster water and put in the rice vermicelli and cooked till the gravy is dry.  (Stir occasionally) 

    4. Lastly add bean sprout and mix well. 

    5. Dish up and garnish with spring onions and fried shallots.
