Method
Heat up 1.5 tbsp of oil and saute mince garlic and small onions till
fragrant.
Add the strip carrots and stir fried for a while and add the stew pork
chop.
Pour the oyster water and put in the rice vermicelli and cooked till the
gravy is dry. (Stir occasionally)
Lastly add bean sprout and mix well.
