(fwd) 2 Instead of stepping forward, Take a left foot step across (infront) of the right leg. The weight of the body was on the right foot. Pivot it on the ball of the foot as you turn the body to face east. Land left foot to the right (east) with foot pointing east. Then shift weight onto left. Drop right hip. 3 Pivot weight on ball of left foot, turn swiftly right 180 degrees and face west. Shift weight onto right foot. Drop left hip. Note : Do not spread this turn into other steps.
