The 21st Mistelbach International Puppetry Festival was held from October 19, 1999 to October 26, 1999 in Mistelbach, Austria. Besides the Austrian puppet companies, 15 other countries' puppet groups, Belgium, Germany, UK, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Singapore, Czech Republic and Ukranine were also invited to participate in the festival.

We brought Sang Nila , whose music and puppet movements are choreographed based on Javanese dance, to the festival and performed 2 shows.
