The 11th Seoul Puppet Festival was held from 26th May to 28th May, 2000 by the Korea Puppet Spread Society. Puppet groups from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Spain and Russia participated in this festival. The aim of the festival is to promote cultural exchange and ideas between countries.

Dragon Dance made its first debut at this festival. With the help of our interpreter, we and the children managed to save our heroine, Longnu.
