The project has been able to achieve a successful fit to existing buildings

on both sides of the market.Several features make it welcoming and con-

sistency in the use of materials is also appreciated. The achievement of

light penetration at the second storey level has been well achieved with-

out gymnastics. The place appears to satisfy the young and the old with

its looseness,flexibility and casualness befitting a place for the community.
