Er. Tham Poh Kuan
BSc(Hons) MSc(Pro.Mgt) PEng MIES MACES CEng AIStructE Accredited Checker

Er.Tham obtained his Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) with first class Honours from the University of Dundee (U.K.) in 1979. He was awarded the Institution of Civil Engineers Prize for outstanding undergraduate studies. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore and a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore. Er.Tham has also obtained his Master of Science Degree in Project Management from the National University of Singapore. He is a Chartered Engineer and an Associate of the Institution of Structural Engineers. He also an Accredited Checker registered with the BCA Singapore.

Er.Tham has been involved in various major residential and commercial development projects as well as in the construction of public housing projects. His experience covers project management, design supervision, design review, structural appraisal and repair works.

He has been a council member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore from 1994 to 2002 and held various positions including Treasurer, Hon. Secretary and Vice President.

Er. Wong Seng
BEng(Melb) PEng CEng CPEng FIES MIEAust MACES AIStructE Accredited Checker

Er.Wong obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the University of Melbourne. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore and a Fellow member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore. He is a Chartered Engineer in UK, a Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia, an Associate of the Institution of Structural Engineers and Corporate Member of the Australia Institution of Engineers. He is also an Accredited Checker registered with the BCA Singapore. 

Er.Wong has been involved in various major residential and commercial development projects as well as in the construction of public housing projects using industrialized method in the early 80s. For the past 15 years, he has been involved in the design & construction of 21 major residential, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects in Singapore, Vietnam & China when he was the Prinicipal in T Y Lin International Pte Ltd. He was the Qualified Person for one of the six major Deep Tunnel Sewerage System Tunnel projects in Singapore. 

He has been a council member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore from 1998 to 2001 and held chairmanship of the Civil and Structural Technical Committee from 2000 to 2001.

Er. Tan Lee Hwang
BEng PEng MIES MACES

Er. Tan obtained her Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the National University of Singapore in 1988. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore and a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore. 

Er. Tan has many years of post graduate experience in design development,  supervision and project management of civil and structural engineering works in Singapore. The projects Er. Tan has undertaken include infrastructure, healthcare, institution, commercial, industrial and residential development.

Some of the notable projects Er. Tan has been involved in are:

• 9 storey Eastern General Hospital with 2 basements at Simei Ave/Simei Street 3.
• Tan Tock Seng Hospital Redevelopment Contract 9
• 9 Storey with Basement Extension to the Existing National University Hospital (Phase III) at Kent Ridge Road
• 4 Storey Clubhouse with Semi–basement carpark at Ang Mo Kio Ave 8 for People’s Association
• Public Housing Development comprising of Residential Flats (2242 units) with 2 Blocks of Multi-storey carparks at Sembawang N3 C17 at Sembawang Vista/Drive and Pond Avenue.
• National Institute of Education for Nanyang Technological University at Nanyang Avenue
• 18-storey residential flat development (total 42 units) with a basement carpark, swimming pool and ancillary facilities at Amber Gardens

Er.Ling Shiang Yun

Er. Er. Ling obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Electrical) from University of Ottawa, Canada in 1983. He has been in the engineering consulting and construction business since graduation. In the course of his work, Er Ling pursed a part-time course in APESMA/Deakin University, Australia and obtained his Master of Business Administration (Technology Management) in 1997.

Er. Ling has been responsible for the design of a large range of building services in a variety of building types in Asia. He has an extensive experience in multi-discipline design, working closely with engineers from other disciplines including structure, fire, mechanical and hydraulic.

Some of the major projects he has been involved in includes the Upgrading of OCBC Centre, Retrofitting of Plaza Singapura,  Xintiandi Development in Shanghai, Church Street 30-Storey Office,  JTC 33-Storey Office Headquarter, Daan Mogot City Shopping Centre in Jakarta, Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne, Cinema Capri in Victoria, Safuan Plaza, Semua House, KL Plaza in Malaysia, System assurance work and electro-magnetic compability study for MRT Circle Line and Hanoi National Stadium Sports Complex.

He is a council member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore and Chairman of its Business Practice and Profession Committee.

Er. Ling is the Qualified Person/Licensed Electrical Engineer in ensuring the design and construction is in compliance with the relevant Code of Practice and authorities.

Associates

Er. Leow Geok Mui
BEng MSc(Int Const Mgt) PEng MACES

Er. Leow graduated with a BEng (Civil Engineering) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in 1996 and a MSc in International Construction Management in 2002. She has more than 10 years of experience as a project manager & design engineer in the building & construction industry in Singapore & Vietnam.

For the past 10 years, she has been involved in the design & construction of numerous high rise residential, industrial, educational, commercial and army camp in Singapore & Vietnam.  

Er. Leow is a registered Professional Engineer in the branch of Civil Engineering.

Er. Tay Wen Chung
BEng PEng MACES

Er. Tay is our Associate for Mechanical services.

Er. Tay obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical) from Monash University , Melbourne, Australia in 1992.   He has been in the engineering consulting and construction business since graduation.  

Er. Tay has been responsible  for the design of a large range of building services in a variety of building types in Singapore. His particular skills include all aspects of ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and sanitation. Mr Tay  has considerable experience working in multi discipline design, testing and commissioning. 

Er. Tay is the Qualified Person in Mechanical Services. He has the responsibility in ensuring  the design and construction is in compliance with the relevant Code of Practice and authorities.
