For overseas clients, bank draft or cashier order in US$ payable to "TLT Link Pte Ltd".   Please inform the bank where the bank draft/cashier order is purchased that its clearing is in Singapore.  That way, the cashier order will take 3 working days to clear in Singapore.  If not, the cashier order clearing time could take 4 to 5 weeks which will in turn affect the delivery of the software.

Alternatively, for these clients who have local Agents in Singapore, they can instruct their Agents to purchase the software on their behalf and the rate charged will be the same as for Singapore clients.

For Singapore clients, local crossed cheque in S$ payable to "TLT Link Pte Ltd".

Upon receipt and clearing of payment, the software package which come in a single CD will be dispatched to the client's mailing address.
