The software comes with an encrypted database.  The client will need to provide his name.  The software can only be activated when the followings are keyed in :

Group Name: (we will provide this)

User: (we will use the initials of the client's name upto a maximum of 11 characters)

Password: (we will provide this)

The Group Name, User and Password will be imprinted on the CD to avoid their misplacement at a later time by the client.
