Vajiro is well-known for his effective
meditation instructions. He teaches both Samatha (Concentration) and
Vipassana (Insight) meditation in a systematic manner. After the preliminary Metta (Loving
Kindness) and Kayanupassana (Contemplation of the Body) meditations, the
students will then be guided through the levels of concentration and stages
of insight-knowledge. It is a
precious and profound practice, and we hope that those who are interested in
understanding the Buddha’s teachings will take this opportunity to attend the
meditation appreciation course as a first step in mental development. His coaching method has helped many
students to REALISE the teaching of
the Buddha. |
