Non-Contact Optical Measuring System

  To meet today's stringent quality demands, industries cannot compromise on inspection tools/systems. FlexiVision is carefully designed to meet these demand by taking advantage of the latest developments in computer technology and ergonomic machine design. The system lets you have the strength of a Profile Projection, Toolmaker Microscope and contact type CMM.

With the option for 2-axis and 3-axis, it offers the unique and quality features listed below:
Solid casted aluminum or granite base and column for measurement integrity and stability
Laser calibrated X-Y stage for greater attainability in accuracy
Front adjusted Z column to reduce inspector fatigue

Basic System

  FlexiVision comprises of a precision stage with the X-Y measuring range from 50 x 50mm to 1m x 1m; solid aluminum  or granite base and column; manual/motor driven focus drive and optical mounting arm.

 

     

Optical Image System

  With the use of high quality zoom system (or the microscopic objective system), final magnification of up to 3000x can be attained. The image is being captured and displayed on a digital SVGA monitor, thus providing flicker-free and sharper images. A set of software generated targetting system provides stable and thinner crosshair as well as circle and box targetting charts as compared with conventional crosshair generator. You can also have the choice of 16 bits colors target display. The image can be digitized to both file and print (with normal printer or video printer) or used for electronic mailing.

Illumination System

  As different object types require different methods of illumination, the system provides a built-in 100 watts halogen 2-way light sources, namely oblique illumination and back lighting. Other lighting system options are also available.

Measuring System

The unique and easy-to-use measuring software makes the most accurate measurement and inspection capabilities of complex workpieces possible.
