About the Author
- Victor Heng , born in Singapore on February 6, 1952, is now a regional manager. Victor graduated from Chung Cheng High School in 1968. After a lapse of twelve years in education, he continued his studies and obtained his Diploma in Business Studies and Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, in 1983 and 1985 respectively.
- Having a profound love for music and philosophy, Victor is the author of many works including ¡®¡®Compositions for Accordion¡¯¡¯ and ¡®¡®The Law of Event(s) upon Event¡¯¡¯.
