Gymnastics is an all-round sport that every child should take up.Through gym training,boys can build muscles and improve physical strength.They also learn balance,patience and endurance.As for the girls,they can become more flexible and gracesful and are trained for endurance. This sport also helps students in their Physical Fitness Test.

 

Now,many schools have started gymnastics as part of PE programme.It is mainy to learn basic gymnastics skills.The skills are learnt with trainer support.With such support,skills acquistion speeds up and the students gain confidence while doing gym.At the same time,it reduces the occurrence of accidents.Do take advantage of this opportunity offered.The trainer encourages participation from as early as the Primary One level.
