Hobbies - Internet, Music, Sports etc.

Internet

This is almost like the un-recognised 2nd degree which I have obtained.
I enjoy surfing, making new friends and chatting over the net.
I have made a lot of friends in cyberspace during ZPping in NUS days and IRCing in #bearyland, #cocomo-chat of EFnet, & many other channels .....

Music Music

Basically, I am a classical musician.
The musical experience I have received is very enriching and it makes me a better person.

Violin & French Horn

I play the violin and had attained Grade 8 (ABRSM) in both violin playing and theory of music under Mr. Lee Yuk Chuan's patient guidance and encouraging instruction. I am play the french horn during my school days.

Musical Experience ...

I have participated in various concerts and functions both locally and overseas with the following musical groups :

We shall ! We must ! We can ! We will !

Special thanks to Mr. Harold De Rozario for directing us.
Raffles Junior College Concert Band (RJCCB)
A wonderfully fun time in college days ..... Those music making days with lots of carrom and volleyball games in between. Acquianted a group of very good friends who have been just GREAT !

This is when some really serious and semi-professional music making starts. I am the Sectional leader of 2nd Violin (1991-92) & French Horn (1992-94). It is both handling music and people concurrently. Special thanks to Mr. Siow Hee Shun (violin) & Ms Dixie De Souza (french horn) for their professional guidance.

Indoor Sports - table tennis, badminton, squash, bowling
Outdoor Sports - basketball, soccer, street soccer, volleyball, tennis

I will be trying out golf later in my life when I have made my first million dollars ($S).

Games

I also play games with friends occasionally ...

Indoor Games - snooker, pool, darts, arcade games, mahjong, cards.
Board Games - Chinese chess, RISK, Monopoly, BINGO, MAD magazine, etc.

TV & Movies

I also enjoy watching TV, SCV programmes and go cinema for movies when I can afford the time.
They call someone like this a potato couch ?

Other Hobbies and Pastime ...

Karaoke - someone ever mentioned I sing like Jeff Chang .. do u believe it ?

Tea (Bubble Tea / Gong Fu Cha) and Coffee sessions

Listening to "LIVE" singing at Chinese Folk Music Restaurants
e.g. Wood Guitar, Wood Boat etc.
(a very wooden activity for a wooden me) *hee*

STARStar Gazing, Comics & Listening to Songs
By the way, I also catch up with the latest chinese hits and gossips about artistes / actors / actresses / singers / idols etc. I usually grab magazines and comics from road side stalls and read them on the MRT train or bus. The stallholders are usually quite pitiful. I treat it as a form of charity on top of the monthly contributions to Community Chest and other ad-hoc donations during flag days.

Did I miss out anything ?
I am still on the hunt for something NEW ! and interesting ...
